And for those who know me, I LOVE Halloween, whats not to love about a holiday dedicated to CANDY!!
I know that for some its not their thing, but after my birthday, I am ready to decorate, I have so many favorite things, I have my candy corn and quilted pumpkin that Hailey gave me. When she brought the pumpkin from California last year my heart just was so happy, it was so hard after she left because in my mind I always pictured her living really close to me and when I wanted ice cream or frozen yogurt or one of my favorite chauffer's she would be ready for an adventure.

This blue pumpkin gourd is one we picked in October, over the winter it dried out and I had a friend who does acrylic paint pouring help me make this into a gift for Hailey's birthday.  Its the one in the middle on the porch rail. Hopefully this will be a lasting reminder of our trip together

I'll be back soon with more from the holiday mini, enjoy your day.

Bird Ballad Card Kit

I just finished up my Bird Ballad card kit, I think it turned out really nice.
This is the whole kit, the beautiful tin and all 12 cards.

Do you know how sometimes you are trying to do something simple and it just snowballs into a whole different thing. Well this ended up being that way, for the people who came to the class all the work was done so it really was an easy class to put together. I think the hardest part was getting the designer paper or card stock attached to the beautiful laser cut card base.

Do you ever wonder what it looks like when I'm working on a class. Take a look into my world.
