I found this on a blog that had some of the details of the box in German that couldn't be translated so I just made the box to suit me, I used the cutie pie thinlit die to get the basic pie shape since the box that can be cut out was a little to big for the middle portion. The paper for the box is retired called Shine On, its a heavy weight that I love for boxes.
